Why "Xantolo"

Xantolo is the Day of the Dead as the Huasteca Potosina — the founder's home — lives it: altars heavy with cempasúchil, copal smoke, and the people we've lost brought back to the table. A Mexican root, named on purpose — memory, craft, and honoring those who came before.
